Today, we pause as a community to remember and honour the courage, sacrifice, and service of all those who have given so much in times of conflict. 

Across Harefield Village, we join people throughout the country in reflecting on the freedoms we enjoy today and the immense debt of gratitude we owe to those who served, those who never returned home, and the families who supported them through times of hardship and loss.

Remembrance Day is an opportunity not only to look back with respect and gratitude, but also to recognise the values of service, dedication, and selflessness that continue to inspire us today. As we observe the two-minute silence, let us take a moment to reflect on the sacrifices made by past and present members of our Armed Forces and remember all those affected by conflict.
