OP POPOVER - 9 Illegal bikes from CLISSOLD park

Dear CLISSOLD Residents,

Following several reports of Antisocial behaviour pertaining to the use of illegal E-bikes in CLISSOLD PARK, Op POPOVER was conducted.

Op POPOVER entailed a joint operation between the London Metropolitan Police service and City of London Police service. The operation was set up in response to reports of the residents of the ward of CLISSOLD as well as other users of Clissold who were affected by the Antisocial behaviour caused by the reckless use of illegal E-bikes.

Over the course of the operation, a total of 8 illegal E-bikes were seized alongside an illegal E-scooter.

OP POPOVER serves as the wider effort of your local SNT to tackle the use of Cycle related antisocial behaviour and offences in and around the vicinity of CLISSOLD park.
