Join the team at the Forget Me Not Dementia Cafe on the 4th Wednesday of every month at Marton United Reform Church from 11am till 1pm. The Forget Me Not Dementia Café is a warm, informal and welcoming group where people living with dementia feel safe and supported. Families and carers are valued, find understanding friendships, peer support, and access to helpful signposting for professional services.

The Cafe describes themselves as; At Forget Me Not Dementia Café, we believe deeply in the power of community and the importance of shared experiences. Our café is more than just a place — it’s a warm, welcoming space where individuals living with dementia, their families, friends, and caregivers can come together to connect and feel understood. We design every gathering to foster joy, spark conversation, and nurture a sense of belonging. Whether it’s through the universal language of music, the simple exchange of smiles, or the comfort of a friendly chat over coffee, our goal is to create moments that truly matter.
