Anti social behaviour |

Dear Resident, We would like to reassure residents that we are aware of the concerns surrounding anti-social behaviour in the Greenfield area and are taking positive action to address the issues being reported. Recently, we have received a number of complaints regarding anti-social behaviour, with the majority of incidents occurring around Wellington Road, including the Tesco car park and main entrance. We understand the impact this behaviour can have on the local community and appreciate residents taking the time to report their concerns. As a result of information provided by the public and proactive patrols in the area, two youths have been identified as being involved in anti-social behaviour. A third youth was stopped and searched and found to be in possession of fireworks. Appropriate action is being taken, and all three individuals will be dealt with accordingly. Please be assured that neighbourhood officers will continue to carry out regular patrols in the area and work with our local partners to prevent further incidents. The information provided by residents is invaluable in helping us identify those responsible and take effective action. We would like to thank everyone who has reported incidents and supported our efforts. Your continued vigilance and cooperation help us keep Greenfield a safe and welcoming place for everyone. If you witness anti-social behaviour or have any concerns, please continue to report them to Greater Manchester Police. Thank you for your ongoing support.
