BONFIRE NIGHT SAFETY MESSAGE |
||
|
As Bonfire Night approaches, Greater Manchester Police is reminding everyone to celebrate safely, responsibly and respectfully. While Bonfire Night is an enjoyable time for many, fireworks and bonfires can cause serious injuries, distress to vulnerable people and animals, and significant disruption when used irresponsibly. To help keep our communities safe: ✅ Attend organised firework displays wherever possible 🚫 Anti-social behaviour involving fireworks will not be tolerated. Misusing fireworks, setting fires, causing criminal damage or putting others at risk can result in police action. 📞 Report anti-social behaviour via 101 or online. 🚨 Always call 999 if there is an immediate risk to life, serious injury, or property. By looking out for one another and celebrating responsibly, we can help ensure Bonfire Night is safe and enjoyable for everyone. Have fun, stay safe, and help us keep our communities safe this Bonfire Night.
