Neighbourhood Policing Update | Abbots Langley & Leavesden

Good Morning Resident

It's great to be back in Abbots Langley and already we're seeing some really positive results. Alongside increased engagement with residents, we have also seen a reduction in reports and concerns relating to anti-social behaviour.

Over the weekend, Abbots NPT carried out extensive foot and cycle patrols across Abbots Langley and Leavesden. On Saturday, the team covered over 12 miles, and on Sunday just under 8 miles on foot, speaking with residents, businesses and families throughout the area.

We were particularly pleased to hear from residents who told us they feel safer seeing officers and PCSOs out patrolling. Parents attending the Junior Park Run also commented on how reassuring it was to see a visible neighbourhood policing presence.

Thank you to everyone who stopped to speak with us. Your feedback and information help us identify local concerns and keep our communities safe. We will continue our high-visibility patrols and look forward to meeting more of you over the coming weeks.
