Dear Eastbury residents.
Whilst on patrols and with the help of our local residents, your SNT identified an abandoned vehicle at LANSBURY PLAYGROUND, near BEVAN AVENUE.
This vehicle was attracting ASB and drug use in what should be a safe area, for the local community.
Your SNT worked in partnership with LBBD who issued a 15 DAY REMOVAL NOTICE on the vehicle (orange notice). This notice was placed on the windscreen of the vehicle, warning the owner that failure to comply with the notice may result in the vehicle being seized and destroyed.
As a result of the vehicle remaining at the location past the 15 days, and further reports of ASB, the vehicle has been removed by LBBD.
This example of partnership work is key to reducing crime, ASB and improving the quality of life for our residents.
Kind regards, Eastbury SNT.
