Halloween Parties

Halloween Parties

Chelsea Safer Neighbourhood Officers had a busy night last night. Halloween normally is.

A party at a residence soon escalated when hundreds of unwanted and uninvited guests arrived at the property looking for a party.

A good majority of these people were intoxicated. The owners assisted us in closing down the party that was only supposed to be for a manageable number of people.

A small number of officers dealt with the crowd of youths who needed some persuasion to leave the area.

Dealing with someone who is severely intoxicated dressed as a witch or a ghostbuster is all part of the job.

Our main help did not arrive……the rain.

The large group of youths finally left the area after they got the message that we were not going anywhere.

We got back in the van.

The radio burst into life.

Another large party and more drunken witches and goblins to deal with at another location.
