🎃👻 Halloween Trick or Treat Safety Tips! 🍬🕸️

As Halloween approaches, we want everyone in our community to have a fun, safe, and enjoyable evening. Whether you're out trick or treating or staying at home, please keep the following tips in mind:

🏠 Respect your local community
Not everyone celebrates Halloween, and some residents may prefer not to be disturbed. Please only knock at homes displaying Halloween decorations, pumpkins, or signs showing they are taking part. If a property has a notice indicating they are not participating, please respect their wishes.

🎭 Be spooky, but considerate
Halloween is all about having fun, but remember that some costumes and behaviour can be frightening, especially for younger children or elderly residents. Avoid jumping out at people when they answer the door.

🔇 Keep noise levels down
Please be mindful of your neighbours, particularly later in the evening, and keep noise to a reasonable level.

🚪 No answer? Move on
If someone doesn't answer the door, please leave it at that and continue to the next house.

🍭 One visit is enough
Avoid returning to the same property multiple times so everyone can enjoy the evening.

🎃 Let's work together to ensure Halloween is a safe and enjoyable occasion for all members of our community.

Thank you, and have a fantastic Halloween! 👻🍬🧙‍♀️
