Public Spaces Protection Orders (PSPOs)

Merton Council is consulting on proposals for three new Public Spaces Protection Orders (PSPOs) in Merton relating to:

The proposals aim to help address issues that affect people using public spaces, and support cleaner, safer and more welcoming neighbourhoods across the borough.

Merton Council would like to hear from you our residents, businesses, local organisations, visitors and anyone who spends time in Merton.
