Ward Patrol Update

Yesterday, officers carried out high-visibility patrols across the ward, paying particular attention to L&Q residential areas following recent reports of motor vehicle crime. Patrols were also conducted at identified hotspot locations associated with suspected drug use and antisocial behaviour.

During the patrols, officers engaged with residents, provided reassurance, and gathered local intelligence. The purpose of these patrols was to deter criminal activity, increase police visibility, and address community concerns. No significant issues were identified during the patrol period; however, these locations will continue to receive regular attention as part of ongoing neighbourhood policing activity.

Residents are encouraged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious behaviour, criminal activity, or concerns to police via 101, online, or 999 in an emergency.
