The Hauntings of Beckton Alps

Beckton Alps, the steep artificial hill created from the by-product slag of the old gasworks, is famously tied to a sense of "restless hauntings" and psychogeography. Local writers and filmmakers exploring the eerie landscape of the old dry ski slope have frequently utilized it as a backdrop to discuss doubles, doppelgängers, and local hauntings. Its bleak industrial atmosphere makes it a prime hub for local ghost walkers.
