Section 35 Dispersal Order - Bexley Borough

Section 35 Dispersal Order - Bexley Borough

Section 35 Dispersal Order Authorised

Section 35 Dispersal Order has been authorised by Inspector Evans for the London Borough of Bexley (please see map below) .

This has been put in place from 1500hrs on 30/10 until 1500hrs on 01/11.

This decision has been taken following ongoing reports of anti-social behaviour (ASB) over recent weeks and an anticipated increase in ASB associated with Halloween.

The dispersal powers provide officers with additional measures to address behaviour that is causing harassment, alarm, distress, crime, or disorder within the designated area.

We recognise that the vast majority of people enjoy Halloween responsibly. These powers are intended to protect local communities, prevent further incidents of anti-social behaviour, and ensure that residents, businesses, and visitors can enjoy public spaces safely.

Thank you for your support in helping us keep our communities safe.
