Dear Member
I hope this message finds you well. As we move through October 2026, I wanted to share a quick round-up of what’s been happening across our local area, what’s coming up, and how we’re working together to keep our community safe and thriving.
🔍 Local Priorities Our current focus areas include: We’re continuing patrols and targeted operations in these areas, and welcome any feedback or concerns you’d like to raise.
🤝 Partnership Working We’ve been working closely with: These collaborations are helping us respond more effectively and holistically to community needs. We have issued two CPW's this month as well as arresting a male for breaching his community protection notice in the High Street of Acocks Green Village We have carried out multiple ‘Stop Searches’ in Acocks Green Village to deter drugs misuse. One of these resulted in the arrest of a wanted male With the assistance of colleagues from project Guardian we have been able to arrest a male who was drug dealing to drug users in the high street We have carried out a warrant under the misuse of drugs at a 24hr shop on Fox Hollies Road. One male was arrested from the premises and 26 bottles of Nitrous Oxide seized. This premises will be subject to further work through the court to try and achieve a longer lasting solution to their activities We have seized four vehicles this month for Tax breaches and issued traffic tickets for a variety of different offences including obstruction We have also played a prominent role in the arrest of 4 suspects in relation to a stabbing that occurred on the 27/10/26 Thank you for your continued support and engagement.
