What’s been occurring in Bartley Green Since the last WMNOW message, we have received three reports of theft of a Motor Vehicle. We advise that you lock your car and make sure your windows are fully up and not down in any way. We then advise that you invest in additional security features such as a DISK Lock, tracking device or even a Handbrake/gear stick lock. Making it harder for offenders to steal your vehicle or even not bother trying to steal it.
Since the last WMNOW message, we have had three reports of theft from a motor vehicle. We advise that you double check that your car is locked and that all the windows are up properly so no one can gain access to your vehicle. We also advise that you do not leave any valuables, items or even bags left lying around in your car, as offenders will take the risk of breaking into your vehicle even for an empty plastic bag, in hopes that something is inside of it.
Additional Information We encourage residents to register their home/business CCTV and doorbell cameras, as this helps us to solve crimes and get a positive outcome, as your CCTV cameras can provide us the appropriate footage what captures the crime in question. This helps us solves crimes but also helps to keep your community safer. We are still experiencing an increase of demand from across the area over the last few weeks, with more people calling and asking for help. Our staff work extremely hard to answer and respond to your calls and live chats. But due to the high demand it can cause callers to have to wait longer than they should, what is something neither of us want at all. We prioritize your enquires/calls based on how urgent they are, but we always appreciate that you want help as soon as possible.
In Non-emergencies circumstances, we want you to get in contact with us through the live web chat, or the Non-emergency telephone 101. If your circumstances are emergencies, then please call 999. Bartley Green Neighbourhood Team. | ||
