🎃 Be Safe This Halloween in East Sheen 🎃

Halloween is a great time for families and children to enjoy themselves. Let's work together to keep East Sheen safe, fun and respectful for everyone.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 For Children & Parents

Younger children should be accompanied by a responsible adult.

If older children are going out independently, agree a route and return time.

Stick to well-lit, familiar areas and avoid going out alone.

Wear bright or reflective clothing and carry a torch.

Take extra care near roads and crossings.

Respect residents' wishes and only knock at homes welcoming trick-or-treaters.

Never enter a stranger's home and only eat sealed, shop-bought treats.

🎭 Be Respectful Halloween should be fun, not frightening!

Respect residents, businesses and public spaces.

Do not throw eggs, fireworks, flour or other items at people, vehicles or property.

Do not enter gardens or cause damage to decorations, homes or vehicles.

If someone doesn't answer the door, move on politely.

🎆 Autumn Nights & ASB We often see an increase in anti-social behaviour during the Autumn Nights period.

Fireworks should be used responsibly and never aimed at people, animals, vehicles or property.

Residents experiencing anti-social behaviour or criminal damage should report it.

In an emergency, or if there is an immediate risk to safety, always call 999.

🚫🍬 No Trick or Treating Sign We've attached a "No Trick or Treating" sign for residents who would prefer not to receive callers.

✅ Have fun, stay safe, and enjoy a respectful Halloween in East Sheen! 🎃👻
