Dear Resident,

I will be attending various addresses in the Teynham & Lynsted Ward and Roman Ward today.

This is a joint visit with a ASB HYDE Housing officer.

This enables us to gain feedback directly from certain areas and it gives you opportunity to raise any concerns you may have and to find out what we are doing to tackle the issues that matter to you. 

This is an ongoing event, and will be repeated on a regular basis.
