Whilst out on routine patrol, officers from the Middleton neighbourhood policing team have had reason to pull over a vehicle due to the manner in which it was being driven.

Following relevant checks, the driver was found to be delivering items without the appropriate business insurance.

As a result, the vehicle has been seized under section 165 of the road traffic act.
