Reports being received of Trees Blocking Roads

Numerous reports coming through of trees blocking the road across the Dales - Hassop, Bakewell, Stoney Middleton, Matlock.

Police are working together with Highways to try and keep our roads open where possible and get roads cleared as quick as we can.

Allow extra time for your journey and be prepared to take alternative routes.  Most importantly - cut your speed, you don't know if your route beyond the corner is blocked.
