Primary School Visit

Primary School Visit

Yesterday, my team and I visited Lonesome Primary School and spent time with the school's Police Club. It was a great opportunity to engage with the children, talk about the role of policing within the community, and answer their questions about what we do as police officers.

The children were enthusiastic and asked a wide range of questions about policing, from our day-to-day duties to how we help keep people safe. We took the time to explain different aspects of our roles and share some of our experiences, helping to give them a better understanding of the work that officers carry out.

The visit was a really positive experience and allowed us to build relationships with young people in the local community. It was encouraging to see such interest and engagement from the children, and we look forward to continuing our involvement with the Police Club in the future.
