Resident Good Evening,
This is your weekly round up from the Pleck neighbourhood team and we have had another busy Set of 6!
Pleck Police hosted a workshop at Pleck Library this week in which hate crime awareness was the topic discussed. Officers also hosted a police surgery at Morrisons café this week to speak about hate crime awareness and how to report it. Leaflets were also handed out to the community. A meeting also took place with councillors, police and residents of Dickinson Drive to discuss long term parking issues with the estate and to discuss what has been taking place to try and reduce the issues as well as what can be done in the future. We appreciate the big turn out and would like to thank all the residents for your attendance. Officers attended the Sunday service at St Johns church this week and engaged with members of the community and local church members. Reedswood Sons of rest Talbot House community hub was also visited this week to continue strong community relationships.
Multiple stop searches have been conducted this set. Also, various positive outcomes and drugs have been seized as well as offenders have been dealt with. Multiple Officers have seized multiple different vehicles this week for reasons such as driving without insurance and no road tax. A motor vehicle was also stolen this week on Moat Road.
