Today, officers conducted a Street Briefing at Ramac Way, SE10, in response to ongoing concerns raised by local residents about moped riders using a pedestrian pathway as a cut-through.
During the briefing, the Safer Neighbourhood Team engaged with moped riders using the route and provided words of advice regarding responsible riding and consideration for pedestrians. Officers also spoke with members of the public, listening to their concerns and offering reassurance.
We remain committed to working in partnership with our community to keep local areas safe and welcoming for everyone. By listening to residents, responding to their concerns, and maintaining a visible presence in the area, we aim to improve safety, deter anti-social behaviour, and strengthen public confidence in local policing.
