Dear Resident,
Hosted by female police officers from Tunbridge Wells to help women feel safer running together This event is being hosted by female police officers from the Kent Police Tunbridge Wells Neighbourhood Policing Team to help women feel safer running together after dark, while building a supportive and empowering community. Our officers will be running alongside participants, creating an opportunity to connect, exercise and promote personal safety in a positive and inclusive environment. The event will take place once a month throughout the winter months and during the darker evenings. Whether you're an experienced runner or just beginning your running journey, everyone is welcome. Join other like-minded women for an enjoyable evening of fitness, friendship and empowerment as we celebrate women's health and wellbeing together. Please meet on the grassed area outside St Pauls Church, Rusthall Road, and then we will set off on our 5k route at 1815 hours around Rusthall and Langton Green. This is not about speed or time, just about being out as a group and enjoying running together. Please wear something hi-vis and/or a head or chest torch if possible.
