🚨 Quad Bike Theft – CCTV Appeal

Police are appealing for information following the theft of a quad bike on 17 October 2026, sometime after 5pm.

We believe two males may have been in the area from approximately 4pm onwards, knocking on doors.

One male was described as wearing a black jacket, grey tracksuit bottoms and black trainers.

If you have CCTV, a video doorbell or other security cameras, please check your footage from 4pm onwards on 17 October.

We are particularly interested in any footage showing the two males approaching properties or moving around the area.

If you have captured anything that may assist our enquiries, please retain the original footage and contact police.

Owners are encouraged to review their security and consider:

Fitting an immobilisation system

Installing a GPS or other tracking device

Using substantial locks, chains and ground anchors

Keeping vehicles securely stored and out of sight where possible

Removing keys when the vehicle is unattended

Recording identifying details and keeping photographs of the vehicle

Tracking systems can provide an alert if a Quad/ATV is interfered with or moved and may assist with locating a vehicle following a theft.

Please see the attached guidance for further crime prevention advice.

Thank you for your assistance.
