Parking / Parcio

Good afternoon, Prynhawn da,

We have received numerous calls relating to inconsiderate parking along CAE BANK AVENUE Sketty.

Residents are experiencing difficulties using the pavements due to parked cars causing obstructions.

In addition to this, vehicles are parking along side each other, which means residents and services cannot enter the cul-de-sac.

This week we have conducted several patrols there, issuing warning notices, and speaking to residents on the issues they are experiencing.

Unfortunately, parking is becoming one of our most popular complaints in Sketty, we try our best to get around them all, as well as the school parking issues at the Hendrefoilan location, and Bishop Gore side streets, which get severely congested at pick up times.

Please remember that childrens safety comes first and to be responsible when collecting your child from school.

If you are experiencing an obstruction, please ring 101 at the time or use the online reporting service on our website, please do not send photos or report via this messaging service.

Diolch,

Have a safe and happy weekend.

Mel
