🚔♻️ Scrap Carrier Stopped in Bransford ♻️🚔
👮♀️ PC 21776 Pike from the Roads Policing Unit stopped a vehicle in Bransford yesterday carrying a large quantity of scrap metal with an insecure load.
📋 The driver was issued with a Traffic Offence Report (TOR) for the insecure load. Further checks revealed the driver did not hold a valid waste carrier's licence. The scrap was seized and a fine was issued.
⚠️ Unsecured loads can pose a serious risk to other road users, and anyone transporting waste must ensure they hold the correct licence and comply with relevant legislation.
👏 Thank you to PC Pike and the Roads Policing Unit for their proactive work in keeping our roads safe.
