Rick's 5-and-a-half hour outing this afternoon, which saw him pass the 27-mile mark for the week so far, included an extended presence in Harveys Lane before visiting the wider Rush Green area and the Parkside beat late on (8.46 miles). After arriving in Harveys Lane (3.03pm, p) via Valentines Way, more than 45 minutes was spent in the service road to disrupt reported after-college cannabis use by students.
All of the east side of Dagenham Road followed, including Lincoln Avenue (4pm, p), Laurel Crescent and Footpath 155 (4.21pm).
It was on to Parish Fields (5.15pm), which saw full coverage, with the likes of Dandelion Close and Fuchsia Close (6.44pm) covered over almost 2 hours.
Great Cullings, Eastbrook Drive and Fels Farm Mews (7.22pm) concluded patrols in Rush Green.
Fels Field and Central Park (p) made way for a loop of Woodshire Road (7.39pm) in the Parkside area, with Tony Rawson Way, Highland Avenue (7.54pm), Park Drive and Fels Farm Avenue also checked on.
There was still time for a passing visit to staff at the May and Baker Social Club (8.11pm).
