National hate crime awareness week

National hate crime awareness week

Dear Resident

This week Shirley Neighbourhood team will be ‘ out and about’ in Shirley engaging with the community in a ‘ Week of action’ to tackle Hate crime.

We want to encourage reporting of the crime which can have a impact on the victim and the local community.

Officers will be around Shirley Parkgate / Stratford Road on Saturday 17th October 2026 with members of our Shirley Street Watch.

Hope to see you around the area.
