Have Your Say and Help Us Make Our Streets Safer VAWG (Violence Against Women and Girls) survey

Your experiences and concerns matter to us.

Previously, we used the "Have Your Say in Tackling Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG)" survey to gather valuable information from residents across the borough. The feedback received helped local officers better understand the issues affecting communities and informed targeted policing activity where it was needed most.

By completing this survey, you can help us identify:

✅ Specific locations and street names where you feel unsafe
✅ Times and days when issues are occurring
✅ Behaviour and incidents causing concern
✅ Environmental factors that affect feelings of safety, such as poor lighting, isolated areas, or anti-social behaviour
✅ Areas where police and partner agencies can focus their efforts to improve community safety

The information you provide helps officers build a clearer picture of local concerns and supports problem-solving work with councils, housing providers and partner agencies. It also helps shape future patrols, engagement events and crime prevention initiatives.
