Stratford Mop Fair : Sat 24 Oct 13:00

The Stratford Safer Neighbourhood Team, alongside colleagues from the Special Constabulary and other teams from across Warwickshire, were pleased to support this year's Stratford-upon-Avon Mop Fair.

We're happy to report that the event was enjoyed by many of visitors and passed with no significant issues, helping to make it a safe and successful weekend for everyone involved.

A huge thank you to all the fair organisers, showmen, local businesses, partners and members of the public who helped make the event such a great success. Your cooperation and positive spirit throughout the weekend were greatly appreciated.

Our officers spent the weekend engaging with the community, supporting event organisers and, thankfully, not having to test whether the dodgems count as a police pursuit vehicle.

We hope everyone had a fantastic time, and we may see some of you again soon at the Runaway Mop Fair.

Until then, enjoy the peace and quiet... at least until the next set of flashing lights come from the fair rides rather than our vehicles.

Another big thank you to Barry Prentice for taking these amazing drone images.
