Appeal for help in identifying people pictured

Dear Resident,

Do you recognise these people?

We'd like to speak to them to make sure they are ok.

We were contacted by someone outside Lidl, on Oldbury Road in Rowley Regis, shortly after midday on Saturday (10 October), as they were concerned about seeing a young boy who seemed upset.

Officers are carrying out several enquiries, and while we're not suggesting anyone has done anything wrong or anyone is at risk, we'd like to speak to the people pictured.

If you recognise them or can help our enquiries, call 101 or speak to us via Live Chat on our website quoting log 1768 of 10 October.

Thank you.
