Wharfedale - WYP Community Survey |

|
Good Afternoon
I am PS 436 Sam Brown, and today I have taken responsibility for the Wharfedale ward from PS 1556 Siamma Khan.
A little background on me, I have been in the Police for the best part of 20 years, always in the Bradford district. I have been a Sgt for the last 4 years, covering various areas and departments. I came to Shipley NPT last September as the Sgt for the Wrose and Windhill ward, an area which I will still retain and I am delighted to take on the extra responsibility of Wharfedale.
The Ward PC for Wharfedale is also changing, PC 6012 Bamford will be moving on to another part of Shipley NPT and he will be replaced with one of my officers - PC 4560 Yates. The PCSO for the area will remain the same and he will have some additional support from officers on my team.
As a way to better understand the issues directly affecting the Wharfedale community, I invite you to fill in the below Survey, so I am able to better direct resources and establish the priorities moving forward.
Once I have this understanding, I may convene a Community Meeting, so members of the community can directly ask us any questions or raise any issues. By all means, you can contact us via 101 or the webchat facility with any issues you wish to raise with us sooner.
I look forward to working with you and the local councillors in tackling any issues you may have and improving the community for all.
Please see the below link to the survey.
Kind Regards
