Creating a Lavender Avenue Scheme

I hope you are well this Monday morning.

We have recently had some reports of Anti-Social behaviour and I was asked to have a look at the NHW schemes around the area. I looked at the database and we have 18 members signed up but no official Lavender Avenue Scheme. If someone would like to start one I can then add all the members together. This way we will be stronger to fight this Anti- Social behaviour and make Merton a great place to live. If anyone would like to start a scheme and be coordinator please let me know and let me know what help you need.
