🍂 Autumn Safety Advice for Trafford Residents 🍂 |
||
|
Good Morning
As the evenings draw in and we move further into autumn, now is a good time to take a few simple steps to help keep yourself, your family, and your property safe.
🏠 Protecting Your Home
The darker nights can create opportunities for criminals, so please take a few moments to check your home security: 🚗 Preventing Vehicle Crime
A few simple precautions can significantly reduce the risk of becoming a victim of vehicle crime: 🎃 Halloween and Bonfire Night
With Halloween and Bonfire Night approaching, we want everyone to enjoy these occasions safely and responsibly. Report any concerns regarding unsafe use of fireworks or persistent anti-social behaviour.
🚶 Staying Safe When Out and About
If you are travelling during the darker evenings: Report suspicious behaviour or criminal activity when you see it.
📞 Reporting Crime and Concerns
If you witness a crime in progress or there is an immediate threat to life, always call 999. For non-emergency incidents, information, or concerns, please contact 101 or report online through the Greater Manchester Police website.
By working together and remaining vigilant, we can help keep Trafford a safe, welcoming and enjoyable place for everyone throughout the autumn months.
Thank you, Inspector Matthew Harvey - Trafford Neighbourhood Team | ||
