Bromsgrove Coordinators Networking Meeting

Dear Coordinators & Deputies,

Not long until our Networking Meeting on Wednesday 21 October at Fairfield Village Hall (B61 9LZ), starting 7:30pm. We will be joined by Sergeant Sonny Wright, representing Inspector Lisa Hornberger.

So far, 2 people have said that they will be attending, I have received 2 apologies.

If you are coming, please reply to this message or email MSA-WestMerciaNW@outlook.com, by Friday 16 October.

If you are not able to attend, please send me your apologies.

If numbers attending have not increased by Friday we will cancel this event, which will be disappointing. This will be the second meeting to have been cancelled, which could signify that everyone is ok and that there are no issues across Bromsgrove District.

The purpose of the meeting:

For Coordinators to share what they are doing, whether that be helping to make a safer community or activities that strengthens cohesion and reduces loneliness & social, plus the issues that their communities are facing.

A presentation on the Our Watch and Hub functionality, maximising the potential of the Alert system which both Neighbourhood Watch & West Mercia Police use.

Updates from Sgt Sonny Wright on what is happening in West Mercia and our local policing area. Sonny will try to answer questions you may have and will take back any policing issues that you raise.

I hope you can attend this meeting, which aims to support you and the community you represent. If you are not able to attend, please ask someone from your scheme to attend on your behalf.
