Over the coming weeks, your local police team will be visiting pubs and bars across the area to talk about spiking and keeping women and girls safe on a night out.

We'll be speaking with staff and customers, sharing advice, and showing how to get help.

Until then, stay safe:
✅ Never leave your drink unattended
✅ Look out for your friends
✅ Don't accept drinks from strangers
✅ Feel unwell or unusually drunk? Tell staff or a friend straight away

If you think you've been spiked, get to a safe place and report it as soon as possible. Call 101, or 999 in an emergency.
