Response to your raised concern

Good Morning Resident,

You recently raised shoplifting as a priority you think the police should be concentrating on.

We are pleased to let you know that this week we have brought 8 charges against shoplifters in West Lancashire, as well as a further 5 charges for breaching their Criminal Behaviour Order. 🚓

One of these offenders has been sentenced to prison and another is on remand in prison waiting to be sentenced. We do take retail theft serious and we will do our best to prosecute all those involved in this type of criminality.
