Larkswood SNT Community ward walk

Larkswood SNT Community ward walk

On 4th October Larkswood Safer Neighbourhood team conducted a community ward walk with members of our Police ward panel meeting. A ward walk is an opportunity for local residents to show and tell the police about areas of local concerns for anti-social behaviour (ASB), crime and disorder.

During the walk a passing motorist told officers about seeing a suspicious male climbing over the fence into Chingford Mount cemetery. As this is a location known for ASB officers quickly made there way to the site and stopped a male in the cemetery grounds, who was given words of advice about his actions.
