Shoplifting

Shoplifting

Today, officers from the Failsworth and Limeside/Hollinwood Neighbourhood Teams were carrying out routine patrols when they were alerted by local PCSOs to suspicious activity involving a vehicle.

The vehicle was stopped and its occupants were searched. During the search, officers discovered items believed to be used in the commission of shoplifting offences. These items have been seized and booked into our property store for further investigation.

By taking proactive action and working closely with our PCSOs, we have helped prevent potential shoplifting offences and continue to support local businesses and keep our communities safe.

If you witness any suspicious activity, please report it to us so that we can take action.
