Vehicle comes with responsibilities

Belgrave officers on patrol... it became apparent that a vehicle parked outside a resident's home had become a rather permanent feature of the street... 🌳🚗 Following checks and a call to the owner, they admitted the vehicle had been parked there for over 6 months. 🚩

When asked to collect the answer was "I will sometime"... Unfortunately, "sometime" isn't a recognised date in the police diary📅... the vehicle was subsequently seized as abandoned for half a year!❌

A reminder that owning a vehicle comes with responsibilities.

Please ensure your vehicle is taxed, has a valid MOT, and is not abandoned or left where it causes an obstruction to others.

Don't let your vehicle's next journey be on the back of a recovery truck! 🚛
