Whilst conducting patrols in the De Beauvoir Estate, officers came across a scooter that appeared suspicious. Enquiries were carried out and it was established that the vehicle was displaying a cloned registration plate.

Officers conducted further checks, identified the rightful owner and contacted them. The scooter was subsequently recovered and returned to its owner.

This incident highlights the importance of continued proactive patrols in the area and our commitment to tackling vehicle crime and supporting victims.
