Hi all,

This message is intended for residents of Peldon Ct who have previously expressed concerns regarding a property within the block.

We would like to inform residents that a Closure Order has been granted for a property at Peldon Ct. The order came into effect on 18 September 2026 and is due to remain in force until 17 December 2026.

The Closure Order has been obtained to prevent anti-social behaviour, nuisance, or disorder from continuing, recurring, or occurring at the address. The order has been made pursuant to Section 80 of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.

A Closure Order prohibits access to the premises for a specified period. In this case, access to the property is prohibited for all persons, except those specifically authorised under the terms of the order.

We hope this action provides reassurance to residents and demonstrates our commitment to addressing issues that negatively impact the local community.
