We have had a number of calls coming through regarding cold caller builders. Please beware of a white van turning up at your house and asking for work to be done on your property.

If you do have work agreed on your property please make sure that your builders have been vetted and are registered with well known platforms with visible ID to prove it. Better still always get a recommendation from people you know plus a few quotes.
