Community-Focused Traffic Enforcement in Colindale

Dear residents,

Following concerns raised by residents regarding speeding and road safety in the Colindale area, local officers carried out a traffic enforcement operation across Colindeep Lane, Court Way and Sheaveshill Avenue.

During the operation, a number of vehicles were stopped and checked, with several vehicles seized for offences identified by officers.

Patrols were also conducted in Court Way and Sheaveshill Avenue, where officers spoke with residents, provided reassurance, and offered tailored crime prevention advice.

Feedback from residents was positive, with many welcoming the police action being taken to address speeding and improve road safety in the area. 

We will continue to work with the community and carry out proactive patrols and enforcement activity where concerns are identified.
