Healthwatch Hertfordshire Survey

Healthwatch Hertfordshire is the independent champion for people who use health and social care in the county. We gather people’s experiences of local services and use them to make recommendations for improvement to the organisations that run them.

Healthwatch Hertfordshire would like to invite you to complete a five-minute survey concerning adult social care in Hertfordshire: www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/XNIVQU/.

All answers are confidential 

The survey is aimed at anyone in Hertfordshire, regardless of their level of experience of social care. 

You are welcome to take part whether or not you have ever had a needs assessment, and whether or not you think of yourself as a carer.

The insights gathered will help us understand what is working well, where people face challenges, and what improvements are needed to ensure residents receive the care and support they need. 

Findings will be shared with local decision-makers and system leaders to help influence improvements to services across Hertfordshire.
