Good Afternoon Queensbury residents,

Just to make you aware that there have been two burglaries within the ward over the last 7 days.

Please find the below reminders to try to help prevent further incidents.

If you dont already, please consider instaling CCTV dont forget to check regularly that the system is working.

Make sure all Doors and windows are locked when you leave the house and overnight.

consider a timer switch for lamps / lights now the evenings are getting darker, for when you are out of the house, a darker unlit house can often become a target.

If you see or hear anything suspicious , please remember to report this directly to police via 999 if you can see/ hear people at that particular time or by calling 101 or www.met.police.uk if this has already occurred.
