Heartstart Malvern are holding free CPR and defibrillator training sessions at Malvern Theatre on Restart a Heart Day taking place on Friday 16th October. Each training session is completely free of charge, very practical and takes just 90 minutes.

In this time, people can learn how to do CPR and use a defibrillator. No previous knowledge or experience is needed.
