What is Speak Safe?

Speak Safe is a simple, anonymous online survey that allows young people to share concerns or experiences that may have made them feel unsafe. The survey takes around 30–60 seconds to complete and gathers key information such as what happened, where, and when, helping police and partners respond proactively and prevent future incidents.

This initiative:

Helps identify locations and patterns of concern

Supports targeted patrols and early intervention

Gives young people a voice in improving their safety

Aims to prevent incidents from escalating into crime
