Two men arrested following burglaries in Bowthorpe

We’ve arrested two men in connection with a series of burglaries in Bowthorpe.

Officers have been carrying out high-visibility patrols around the Bowthorpe shopping area over the past few days following five burglaries which occurred between 13 and 21 September 2026 at commercial premises on Wendene, Bowthorpe.

Two men, one in his 50s and the other in his 30s, were arrested yesterday afternoon (Thursday 24 September) on suspicion of burglary.

They were both taken to Wymondham Police Investigation Centre for questioning, where they remain in custody.
