Southern Gateway Prolific Shoplifter Charged

Hello all,

Today Southern Gateway officers have performed a Gate Arrest for a prolific shoplifting offender.

Thanks to the great work from our PCSO's at Town Hall they have identified this offender through our Digital Image Database which has given us enough time to complete primary investigation before the offenders release. 

The offender has continued his usual MO and acted aggressively before exiting the store leaving shoppers nearby at a stand still after conflict with members of Sainsbury's Security Team on Whitworth Street West.

Post arrest the offender has admitted to all offences and has been charged and bailed to court given bail conditions to to enter ANY Sainsbury's within Manchester City Centre.
